I just posted my jujeh kabob with zereshk polo recipe and I think you all would LOVE it. Jujeh kabob is the Persian version of a chicken kabob–marinated in an abundance of saffron and lemon, there’s NO way it CAN’T be delicious. Just a heads up, Persian kabobs are generally grilled over charcoal, but just because I love you so much, I even give instructions for cooking your chicken in a pan or even the oven.
